Each violation of the above provisions is subject to fines of up to $11,000, such penalty to be levied at the discretion of RapTVLive.com. Deceptive commercial email and UCE also is subject to laws banning false or misleading advertising. Additional and more substantial fines may be levied against any person who:

sells harvested email addresses from this site

purchases and uses an email list containing emails from this site

relays bulk emails through our computers, networks or servers

use scripts or other automated processes to send email through our computers, networks or servers

utilizes randomly generated email addresses for "blind broadcasting" through this site

RapTVLive.com deems engaging in any of the pre-listed conduct as an act of theft and/or misappropriation which will be dealt with accordingly. We take these issues seriously and have successfully collected fines and fees from violators.

ERRORS AND DELAYS: RapTVLive.com is not responsible for any errors or delays in delivering incoming email caused by an incorrect e-mail address provided by you, filters or blocked IPs /domains/email addresses, or technical problems beyond our reasonable control.

The agreement to arbitrate shall not be construed as an agreement to the joinder or consolidation of arbitration under this Agreement with arbitration of disputes or claims of any non-party, regardless of the nature of the issues or disputes involved. THIS AGREEMENT PROVIDES THAT ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND RAPTVLIVE.COM WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION. YOU THUS GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT TO ASSERT OR DEFEND YOUR RIGHTS.
